Kaua’i, Hawaii kayak adventure:

My Pepper and I went on the Wailua Waterfall Kayak Tour during our stay on the southern end of Kaua’i through Outfitters Kaua’i. It was our favorite tour of the whole trip. Check in at the Outfitters Kaua’i in Poipu early morning and prepare for a 60-90 minute kayak to a rugged trail in the rainforest. Dock the kayak and hike 2 miles into the trees and find yourself at a gorgeous hidden waterfall! Soak for awhile, have some lunch, and head back. Enjoy! Chicago River Kayaking

Rent a kayak and row your way down the Chicago River! I love being on the river in the evening- Look for the Navy Pier Fireworks Kayak at Urban Kayaks - and you will see the city by night as well as a fireworks show…from the water!

TIP: For a way cool experience, visit the city over St. Patricks Day. You can party till dawn at some of the many Irish Pubs here, then head to the river to kayak as they dye the water green before the parade!
